The fifth annual Art of Healing awareness event and fundraiser for Catholic Charities  Phoenix House Domestic Violence Shelter and Sexual Abuse Program in Council Bluffs will be on Thursday, March 29 at St. Peter's Social Hall in Council Bluffs.
